There's a great set of recipes from the lovely Matthew Fort in today's Guardian, for using up all those late summer early autumn bounties from your allotments: courgettes-cum-marrows and handfuls of beans. Being thousands of miles away from my patch at present, I won't be trying any of these dishes for the moment ... but they sound great. I know some allotmenteers are still angry at Fort for suggesting the "nicking" of pea sprouts from allotments, but I know you can find it in your heart to forgive such a good cook ...
