I am suffering from tomato envy, thanks to Girl Gone Gardening ... she's grown a beauty!

Reasons to be fruitful number four Yup, it's still National Allotments Week, a fact that seems to have passed an awful lot of people - including my local allotments - by. Cucurbit concerns The crop that's causing me most concern this year is most definitely my squash. The harsh frosts in June meant I delayed sowing the seed until far later than usual, because I didn't have anywhere warm to sow them in pots.
