- Sew up the arm and neckholes and use it to hang up your winter squash harvest in a cool, airy place. They way they'll stay edible a lot longer
- Turn your T-shirts into a quilt
- Cut off the arms and neck hole and divide the two sides in two to make four dusters: dampen them slightly and they work a treat without the use of polish. Ideal for bringing out the Kim and Aggie or FlyLady in you
- Turn two T-shirts into a fabric bag that's great for taking to the laundrette
- If all this sounds far too much like hard work, donate your T-shirt to a local charity shop, like this one. Don't be embarrassed if it's wrecked: most good charity shops will sell on any clothes not suitable for selling to customers to a rag merchant who will sell or recycle the fabric

I just posted a tutorial for making a shirt into a hat for a newborn.
